“Caffè delle Donne” is grown at an altitude of over 1,000 meters above sea level. It offers a complex aroma with tones of chocolate, hazelnut, and caramel. The cup is beautifully balanced, with a clean flavor profile, a velvety body, and a pleasant aftertaste.
IWCA PROJECT
There are an estimated 25 million coffee growers in the world, and many of them are women. The difficult conditions of coffee farmers are well known, but things are slowly beginning to change. In many regions, more and more women are becoming an essential part of the entire coffee-processing chain, taking on leadership roles and driving meaningful change in the coffee industry.
From the stories of these women, the IWCA – International Women’s Coffee Alliance – was born. It is a global network that connects and supports the entrepreneurship of millions of women worldwide, starting in key coffee-producing countries such as Guatemala, India, and Brazil. Today, IWCA operates in more than 22 countries.
