The Dolce Vita blend, 100% Arabica, whose name refers to Federico Fellini's famous 1960 film, was created to meet the demand for a mild coffee that is ideal for American filter brewing. The color of the beans is lighter and has a distinctive acidic taste typical of cocoa beans. The coffee acquires a floral and citrus flavor thanks to the presence of Arabica from Guatemala. The Dolce Vita blend also has a good yield when extracted using the espresso method, if you prefer acidic and fragrant coffees.
